EbonyJae “Thetraptherapist” Hull, is a published author and a Master level Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S), in Ohio and GA, United States Navy Veteran, bringing over ten years of social service experience to uniquely care for people. EbonyJae affectionately goes by the name “TheTrapTherapist” based on the assisting every client with one of the following (T)eaching skills, (R)esiliency (A)nd (P)urpose finding. She is highly effective in her clinical work by addressing the emotional, mental, physical, social and spiritual needs of her clients in a way that is tailored to them. Her professional experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and Veterans in a variety of settings such as the home, school and in private practice, she like to say "We go wherever the people are". Ebony has assisted individuals to become more financially stable, manage mental health, develop healthy relationships, prevention, communicate effectively and supported a myriad of family-related issues. EbonyJae's love for the social work field and wanting people to be healthier has enhanced her passion to want to make a major impact. To date, she has written the Parental guide to increasing understanding, reduce stigma, and expand intervention options when mental health concerns arise. Enduring the Course, and Co-written the book (with her then 7 yo daughter Jackie) Ava Breaks the Rules which introduces children to Social and Emotional Skills. Her Podcast Enduring the Course w/ EbonyJae and Penny Shevawn address all things mental health, and host of past speaking engagements allows her to stay "in the trenches". Ms. Omobien is involved in the Health Care system and serves as a Social Worker within Population Health. Ms. Omobien is a General Practitioner of Social Work for the Medicare population, providing services in a family medicine practice for Medical Resident Education. Ms. Omobien received an undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo focusing on Women’s and Gender Studies. Her research in this area led her to the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University where she received her graduate degree in social work and earned her License as a social worker. Wellness Program Director/Coach Armintha attended Kent State University where she studied Pre-medicine and Special Needs Education and is a Nationally Certified Billing and Coding Specialist. Having children with special needs, advocacy and support for individuals and families struggling special needs challenges was natural. Armintha's compassion and knowledge provides comfort when people need it the most. Armintha earned her Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts at Cuyahoga Community College. Her creativity and desire to "make food healthy yet enjoyable" has caused her to embark on the wellness journey. A health and wellness coach works one-on-one with individuals who want to improve their health and well-being. Armintha helps clients overcome obstacles to maintain healthy habits for life. A wellness coach, or a health and wellness coach, is a supportive guide who helps clients set health goals. She has a strong background in providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, youth, young adults, and their families. Tandalaya has worked with children, youth, and their families for over 20 years. Her journey started as a lead daycare teacher working with children from ages 3-15. She then moved to become a Residential Treatment Specialist for more than 12 years, where she gained experience working with at-risk youth who had struggles understanding their various difficult life experiences. She uses her education and clinical skills to meet individuals' and family's needs.
