Licensed Psychotherapists (FT / PT / Contract)
Enduring the Course Inc. is seeking compassionate, Ohio-licensed psychotherapists to provide high-quality, client-centered therapy in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program
Active Ohio license required and in good standing
Active malpractice insurance as an independent provider required
Must reside in Ohio (telehealth available)
Minimum commitment: 1 year (FT) | 2 years (PT)
Role Overview Provide diagnostic assessments and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Services may be delivered in-office, school-based, or via telehealth.
Schedule Expectations
Part-Time: 10+ billable hours per week
Full-Time: 25+ billable hours per week

Qualified Behavioral Health Specialists (QBHS) / Case Managers

Role Overview Enduring the Course Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Case Managers / QBHS to support youth, adults, and families through community-based services aligned with OhioRISE, QBHS, and Wraparound models. You will connect clients to resources, coordinate care, and provide advocacy using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years or older
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
Ability to attend required supervision (some hours unpaid)
Minimum availability: 15 hours/week
Previous experience in case management or human services preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $20 per billable hour (fee-for-service)
